One hour Workshop

In this powerful and practical workshop, participants will learn how to better understand and engage with stress using neuroscience- based tools.

Shira brings a deeply personal perspective to the topic, having experienced a near-death event due to stress-induced heart failure. Through this lens, she offers valuable insights into how the brain is wired for change and how we can shift our relationship with stress to support greater clarity, wellbeing, and balance.

A core focus of the session will be on understanding stress at a physiological level- what happens in the body and brain when we’re under pressure - and how this awareness can empower us to regulate our nervous systems more effectively. Nervous system regulation is one of the most essential and impactful tools we have for building resilience and restoring balance in real time.

Stress is an inevitable part of life, but how we respond to it makes all the difference. This workshop explores how to work with the brain - not against it - for a more sustainable, grounded, and empowered approach to life’s challenges.

Two hour Workshop
This extended session includes all the content of the one-hour Wired for Resilience workshop, with added depth and interactivity.

Alongside neuroscience-based insights into how we can reframe and regulate our stress responses, the two-hour format offers more time for experiential learning and personal reflection through guided exercises and breakaway groups.

Participants will not only gain practical tools but will also explore the powerful role that growth mindset plays in building resilience and navigating stress with greater adaptability, self- compassion, and confidence.

This session is ideal for groups looking to move beyond awareness into applied learning, connection, and real-world integration.

Three-Hour Workshop (Immersive Experience)
This premium, immersive session includes all the elements of the two-hour Wired for Resilience workshop - personal storytelling, neuroscience-based insights, guided experiential exercises, breakaway groups, and a focus on growth mindset - while offering an even deeper opportunity to embody the tools in real time.

The final segment of this three-hour workshop concludes with a guided breathwork session led by a trained, Wim Hof–accredited practitioner. This powerful integration experience allows participants to feel the effects of nervous system regulation, rather than just learn about it - transforming insight into embodied practice.
